Pupletts was built around the idea that dogs aren’t just pets — they’re sidekicks.
They come along for beach days, weekends away, café stops, and long walks with nowhere to be.

Kevin does, anyway.
And once we started travelling with him, it became clear that most dog gear wasn’t designed for this kind of life.

So this is our approach — calm, practical, and tested on real adventures.

Start With the Basics

Travelling well with your pup doesn’t mean perfect behaviour — it means confidence, comfort, and familiarity.

Before heading out:

  • Make sure your dog is comfortable on a harness and lead
  • Practice short outings in new environments
  • Keep routines familiar where you can

A calm start makes everything else easier.

Walks Are the Foundation

Every adventure starts with a walk.

Leash confidence, gentle guidance, and letting your dog take things in at their own pace go a long way — especially in busy or unfamiliar places.

Not every walk needs to be long.
Not every walk needs to be perfect.

Consistency matters more than distance.

On-the-Go Essentials

When you’re out exploring, a few simple things make a big difference:

  • comfortable, secure gear
  • easy access to water and food
  • time to pause and reset

Our products are designed to fit into real days out — easy to pack, easy to clean, and comfortable enough to wear again tomorrow.

Beach Days & New Places

New sights, smells, and sounds can be exciting — and overwhelming.

A few things we keep in mind:

  • shorter outings are better at first
  • shade and fresh water matter
  • breaks are part of the adventure

Let your dog explore, then rest.
Bright days are better when everyone’s relaxed.

Training Without the Pressure

We don’t believe in harsh rules or perfect obedience.

Good travel habits come from:

  • patience
  • positive reinforcement
  • and setting your dog up to succeed

If something doesn’t go to plan, reset and try again another day. Dogs live in the moment — and it helps when we do too.
